Our 24 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

At Yardly, we want you to be happy with our services. Here’s how it works:

Yardly’s 24 Hour Service Guarantee – If you find that your driveway is not properly cleared, or your lawn is not properly mowed after one of our services, simply let us know within 24 hours of your service and we’ll send the Yardly Pro to back your property, to service what was missed or not properly cleaned, at no cost to you.

Why can we only offer a guarantee within 24 hours of our service?

For snow removal services, wind, pedestrian traffic, freeze-thaw cycles, dripping from downspout can cause the driveway to get icy. For lawn mowing services, wind, leaves from adjacent trees, or fast-growing grass all can make the yard messy again. There’s a number of variables that are outside of our control, so we can only offer the guarantee within 24 hours of our services.

How soon can you come back to clean?

The short answer – as soon as possible! Most of the time, your Yardly Pro will be back within the next 48 hours to fix what was not properly done or clear the area that was missed.
