How to Cancel
You can cancel anytime by emailing us at hello@yardly.ca or giving us a call at 1-855-688-8277.
Monthly Subscriptions
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing month.
We don’t offer partial (prorated) refunds for the remainder of the month.
Deposits or prepayments for upcoming months are non-refundable once charged.
Annual & Seasonal Plans
Deposits and payments for annual or seasonal plans are non-refundable once charged.
Your service will continue until the end of the paid term unless you contact us before your renewal date.
One-Time Services
If the service hasn’t been completed yet, we’ll refund your payment minus any non-refundable deposit.
Once a service is completed, payments are non-refundable.
